Our Beliefs:
Two years after the Assemblies of God was founded, the pioneers of the Assemblies of God adopted 16 beliefs for the Fellowship, which remains virtually unchanged. Four of these beliefs are considered the core beliefs of the Fellowship. You may hear them referred to as our cardinal doctrines. They weave in and through all the teaching, music, preaching, discussions, everything we do. The Church’s message revolves around these four defining beliefs.
- The Salvation through Jesus Christ
- Divine Healing
- The Baptism in the Holy Spirit
- The Second Coming of Christ

The Bible is our all-sufficient rule for faith and practice. This Statement of Fundamental Truths is intended simply as a basis of fellowship among us (i.e., that we all speak the same thing, 1 Corinthians 1:10 ) The phraseology employed in this Statement is not inspired, but the truth set forth is held to be essential to a full-gospel ministry. No claim is made that it covers all Biblical truth, only that it covers our need as to these fundamental doctrines.
